Among other things, you will have to:
- Assist the manager, publicists, project managers and Senior Advisor with the completion of public relations projects;
- Manage the updating of press materials and files (e.g. pictures and videos) for touring shows, in collaboration with publicists;
- Write the first draft of press releases and other press documents;
- Following guidelines set out by the heads of Marketing and publicists, contact local public relations agencies for requests for proposals, and follow up;
- Follow up with local public relations agencies contracted for contract signatures, work procedures and available PR materials pertaining to touring shows;
- Assist with travel arrangements for AMDs and junkets;
- Assist project managers with the planning of premieres, in particular with ticket reservations;
 - Under the supervision of the Senior Advisor, contribute to the optimization of platforms and tools for the management of public relations operations to facilitate communication, archiving and exchange of information between publicists and the team as a whole. Ensure continual updates; 
- Coordinate the archiving of touring show press reviews on the server, and send the most noteworthy coverage weekly to the Corporate Division's PR team;
- Work with the Web team to ensure updates on touring shows on the Cirque website.
- Social media calendar and posting on social media in EN and FR + coordinate translation to other languages.
- Interaction with followers on social media
- Assist on the content creation in Montreal. Support publicist on shooting organization in Montreal or abroad.
- In collaboration with publicists, always keep up to date the Sharepoint, the portals, PR toolboxes of each show, in the same place, accessible to all.
We want to meet you if you have:
- A diploma in marketing or communications;
- Strong, enviable experience in press relations, public relations, communication or customer relations management;
- Impeccable knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Exceptional ease in English and French. A third language is an asset
